A voar em órbita a Plutão Anão provido de super-poderes, o programa #19 – Superbanda é inteiramente dedicado ao fenómeno amado por uns e odiado por outros – as superbandas. Isto é, aquelas bandas cujos elementos já tenham tido sucesso quer a solo, quer numa outra banda. Exemplos existem muitos. Defuntos e de má memória também. Mas aqueles há também que deixaram a sua marca positiva na cultura under e overground.
